Dokładna lista zmian jakie miały być, nie wiadomo ile naprawdę udało się wprowadzić, wygląda tak:
- Improved counters so roughly speaking, if you have a varied attack, being aggressive is slightly better but if your opponent is predictable and only uses a few different attacks, you will have a good amount of success with countering. Energy loss is more realistic for high counter guys, i.e. you lose more than you used to if you try and counter constantly.
- Improved clinch attempts - won't be as hard to get into the clinch in certain situations which made it very difficult.
- Affect of height improved. Height will no longer have such a massive striking land % bonus. A midget stop won't be able to head kick a giant but the giant won't automatically be able to head kick the midget.
- Slight boost to power of shorter people of the same weight. Basically this is now a more even balance. (Height vs power). As before, some strikes are better for tall guys, some are equal for both, takedowns are easier for short guys... just the balance has been altered a bit in terms of % landed / damage when landing.
- Short guys nowfind it easier to body punch and perform takedowns in clinch. Previously height wasn't factored in here.
- Increased energy loss from pull guard attempts.
- Improved subs. Good fighters will not go for subs as much in positions where they may get countered. So less sub attempts from mount for example. Low skilled fighters will still go for these types of subs and get countered. If a high skilled fighter is fighting a low skilled fighter, he will still go for these higher risk subs if they are likely to come off.
- Increase sub success from guard (bottom) and back.
- Bug fix: Counter shots being counted properly in fight imperial stats.
